Intake/Onboarding Call: During this call, we go beyond the job description and get to the heart of YOUR vision for this role. We dig deep to discover what will lead to a successful placement with your team. Based on this discussion, we will design a custom Search Plan that will direct our Recruiting Process, Candidate Assessments, and the items we will report back to you.
Customized Search Protocol: Bonfire Consulting Group find permanant full-time and part-time employees for your organization, and take responsibility for sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and matching potential candidates for your company’s openings.
Candidate Screening: On average we often screens between 40-75+ candidates for most of our positions. We aren’t just looking for a good match—we are looking for the BEST match. The candidates you receive will be the FINALISTS from our extensive search.
Our Interviews: RAZOR-SHARP SCREENING & INTERVIEWING PROCESS. The ability to ask all the right questions, to chase down the red flags and fully vet with behavioral questions comes naturally to us, aided by experience. Interviews will be customized to every position.
Candidate Testing: We offer this option only when needed or recommended based on several steps. We only recommend this when a candidate meets every other criteria, then a stellar test result could be the final push towards a hiring decision. Candidate Skills Testing, Candidate Assignments, Portfolio Reviews, or other assessment tools, depending on the requirements of your position. All testing protocols will be conducted at client's expense.
Candidate Submission: All Candidate Submissions will include a Resume and a Report of our Interview Findings.
Reference Check: We usually conduct a minimum of 2 Professional Reference Checks. If there are additional reference check or background investigation can be done upon write request by the client. All additional reference check or background investigation will be conducted ay client's expense.
