With over 23 years of experience in all areas of staffing industry with emphasis on corporate recruiting, executive placement and staff augmentation. His customer focus include both private and government sectors.
Through his career, Michael has been responsible for driving and delivering staffing and workforce solutions for several multi-million-dollar programs (often times multiple programs at once) valued between $1M and >$190M, across a variety of customer portfolios, both government and private sectors. Michael is recognized by business owners, executives, and decision makers as someone who delivers on-time and within budget.
After finishing his MS degree at Eastern Michigan University, Michael attended PhD, and post-graduate programs in bacterial microbiology at University of Maryland. Michael began his career as a R&D scientist in the early stages of GMP and Bioprocessing worked directly with FDA, and other entities both in private and federal sectors. He has worked on gene therapy therapeutics and research, liver diseases, and pilot planning/purifications and bioreactors.
Michael is certified by Cornell University in Executive Leadership and Change Management programs in 2019. The Executive Leadership Certificate is a six-core course program focusing on building high-performing teams and become a more authentic leader.
